I've recently added a second hub, but cannot get either hub to pass devices. Hub Mesh appears to be somewhat communicating because the modes will changed with following is configured. I'm not sure what else to look at. Firmware is up-to-date. I've performed a hard reset the second hub several times. I feel like I've wen through every menu option, with no luck. The only thing I have not done is perform a factory reset on my first hub. Would anyone have any suggestions on what to troubleshoot next or where to look?
Environment
- 2 x C8-Pro running 2.4.0.151
- Hubs have a physical LAN connection via switch on the same 10.0.0.0/24 network (10.0.0.21 and 10.0.0.22)
Problem
Unable to get hub mesh to display or link devices
Observations
- Hub-01 was installed a month ago, realized I had a ZWave distance issue and installed a second hub this week.
- Both hubs have unique "Hub Name" and "Hub name on LAN"
- Hub Mesh is enabled on both devices
- On each hub, the appropriate "Active Hubs" are connected
- Not using Secure Login/Hub Mesh Token
- Hub-02's mode is configured to follow Hub-01; and is changing correctly
- Full Sync Interval at 2 minutes. I have forced a manual sync
- On Hub-01, two local devices are shared, plus one virtual device (for testing)
- On Hub-02, one virtual device is shared (for testing)
- In the device(s) configuration, Hub Mesh shows enabled for each device.
- On both hubs under Settings -> Hub Mesh -> Linked Devices, no devices show up. The box for "Available on My Second Hub" is missing"
