Hub Mesh: Available devices are not linking, or showing up in device list

I have two C7 hubs both running platform version 2.3.8.139.
Both hubs use a WIFI dongle and are connected via DHCP
Both hubs are on the same network segment (192.168.10.xxx) and can ping each other.
The correct IP shows up under "Hub Mesh - General - Active Hubs" for each hub.
Devices that are "Shared" on hub2 show up as "Available" on hub1.
However:
When I press the "+" to create a local device the hub displays a confirmation request, and when I press "Yes" the hub clocks for a couple of seconds but no device shows up under "Linked Devices" or in the "Device List" on the receiving hub. I have rebooted both hubs and installed the most current update. Any help would be appreciated.

I have seen that before, but I am not sure what fixed it.

Did you try shutting down, pull the power cord and wait 30 seconds before powering back up?

Did you try restarting your Wifi router?

Thanks for the response. I had time to try this today and it didn't seem to help. I am going to look at my WIFI setup to see if there might be a problem there.
