Hub is getting slower and slower

Hub is C8Pro running 2.5.1.182 platform and ZwaveJS.

After series of latest updates hub became noticeably slower. The most impacted device is Ultraloq Zwave V2 smart lock. Before the response was near instant but now may take upto 30sec or even fail. For those who will ask for the hard evidence with logs, etc. at this time I am not going to provide anything other than hub behavior observation. The problem is not new and already was reported (yes, with logs) in a past:

Thanks to @hubitrep who provided more than enough of hard evidence the problem and it was confirmed by @gopher.ny(there was even a private discussion). However the problem was not fixed and now it became (unfortunately) more pronounced. At this time I am not expecting any fix for this old problem. I am simply reporting this case again because it became really annoying, specifically near constant huge delays for the lock commands and status reporting (forget about all lighting relayted delays).
