Hub hung waiting for available socket after reboot?

after reboot everything is hung with this status message:

i have seen this before after updates when hub reboot:

After hub update 1.1.5 hub hung - waiting for available socket

Continuing the discussion from Hub Update 1.1.5: updated to 1.1.5 a little earlier now the hub is hung. on trying to go to hub ip this is the status message at bottom of the browser window: [image] need some help please. thank you.

any word on what's going on here? and a fix for it?
