I want to follow up. I found a custom app I LOVE is causing this perf problem. I wont out the app yet, until I have a chance to work with the author. I did however want it to be clear, once the offending app was completely removed native Hubitat apps perform exceptionally.

Necro... Obviously the app is not the only cause at this point. Native apps suffer the same periodic slow downs and crashes after all this time.
