Hub goes offline daily

First of all, thank you for your reply.

I am still a bit confused, though. I did download a backup just before soft resetting. So you're saying I can't restore from that backup? That I need to use one from before the database went corrupt? If so, I may not have that...

I've tried to restore every backup stored on the hub, as well as every backup I have downloaded back to 9/27 (a month-and-a-half-ago), and keep getting the same message.

I was under the impression that the soft reset would clear or fix the database somehow, but it seems to have erased everything and now none of my backups will restore.
