Hub Freezes During Startup

My hub started to lose functionality and eventually stopped working. Now it freezes up when I log into the system. Additionally, I am denied access to the diagnostic software.

Probably should actually post this in the Support section as well as send a support request, but let's start with the basics, what hub and software versions are you on?

And, what color light on the front of the hub, and does a network scan show your hub at its expected IP?
