Hub Fails to Download and Install 2.3.9.192

C8 Pro - Currently running version: 2.3.9.184

Rebooted hub/router. (can stream 4K TV seamlessly)

For the last two days I've been unable to upgrade hub OS. The download runs REALLY slow and then fails.

Anyone else with this issue?

Assuming the hub has a cloud connection try going to Network Setup and changing Ethernet Speed to the value that is not currently using (only two options) and retry.

In case you run into this problem again, and you might, the solution is always to go back in and change the ethernet speed from what it currently is to the other option, i.e., auto to 100 or vice versa.

Hmmm...that did it! THANKS! Funny that a hard reboot wouldn't clear it.

When this happens does that mean the interface is having issues with local communications too? I assume that would be true but don't know the root cause really.

If speed is mismatched, the connection is slow, but most integrations don't produce enough network traffic for it to matter.
