Hub Detail shows hub as not active while FindMyHub works

all,
when I try to remote admin my hub, it does not work (button is active - not grayed out). when I click "hub details" it show "NO" to "active?"
Locally I can connect to my hub using findmyhub.hubitat.com, go into settings and reboot it.
even after reboot, my.hubitat.com still shows the hub as inactive (as of 2 days ago, hub been online for a couple months now)

Try the Network Test tool on your hub to see if you have cloud access. Specifically, try pinging an Internet URL like cloud.hubitat.com.

If that doesn't work, see of you have any incorrect or unexpected configuration in Settings > Network Setup itself, or try a network reset.
