After attempting to change the IP address of one of my hubs, and then changing it back to the original, I can access it just fine; however, when I click on Dashboards, and then try click on a dashboard to load it, it won't load on the LAN (just acts like a dead link) even thought it loads fine via cloud. I've tried deleting the dashboards and re-creating them, and I've rebooted the hub. Still, nada... Any ideas?
Same here the other night. Rebooted router took care of it. You may already have just a thought.
Seems to be a problem only in a desktop browser. Working on my phone. No idea at this point. Will reexamine today sometime.
Shutdown your hub from settings. Set the ip as a DHCP reservation. Make sure once it's up you can go to that ip from a web browser. From within the phone app go to settings and click select hub and pick your hub. After that you shouldn't have any issues
Oddly, I see no issue when accessing the hub from an iPhone browser. But from Safari on an updated M1 Mac, the dashboard itself does not appear. But have had little time to mess around with it in recent days.
An update: This appears to be happening only when I use Safari on a computer (iPhone/iPad does not display this behavior). I enter the local IP address using Safari on an M1 Mac Mini, and then click on "Dashboards". I have only one dashboard on the hub I've tried this on, but when I click it, nothing happens. HOWEVER, when I try this using Chrome, it works fine.
I suspect it's a safety/protection feature that's now part of Safari, and with enough noodling I could work around it. I think the hub may be producing an http link rather than https, but I'm no expert in this. Anyway, that's the latest info.
