Hub crashes and homekit issues

Hub: C7
Version: 2.3.6.146

My hub has been crashing a frequently. Maybe once a week. Tonight upon power cycle, I received the database corrupt message. Did a soft reset and restore from most recent backup, and system seems to be working again.

I've been an adopter of the native homekit capability since it was in early beta. It always gets flaky and I see "device not responding" on all my devices in Apple Home. So I set the "reboot hourly" toggle, and it helps, but never solves the problem.

Alexa has also recently had a lot of trouble staying connected to the hub. It will tell me devices are not responding. Then an hour later will work fine.

I only run stock built-in drivers. I found community drivers to be unreliable over time. So really I expect the thing to be rock solid.

I see there is some way for Hubitat employees to see system logs. Could I enlist someone to check out my hub and see if there are anomolies?

I'd be more than happy to take a look at your hub's engineering log, but based on the details provided, I don't think I'll find anything in those logs. It sounds like the problems you are having may be related to your local network, and the engineering log wouldn't provide any clues other than to confirm that hub is frequently disconnecting. You may want to look into your network set-up (and/or provide additional details about your network equipment and how the hub is set up). You could send me a private message along with your hub id, if you'd like us to take a look at logs.
