FWIW I have suspected my zigbee radio goes down sometimes as a result of heat (possibly), but not the z-wave radio.

@baldog - are you in North America or outside (to phrase it differently, are you using an external z-wave dongle with your Hubitat, or the internal z-wave radio)?
If it is an external dongle, then your experience and @mark.cockcroft's experience could be related.
Uk with the external dongle, does sound like the same problem!
Then I concur with @mark.cockcroft - I would recommend contacting support
I'm actually considering a c7 to see if that fixes it , but its a bit extreme

how frequent is your problem.
Also one work round I've found is to ensure web browser tabs with dashboards are closed down fully when not in use. If I leave them open in the background on my phone it locks more frequently
I was considering going to another hub! Maybe home assistant however as I've not had time to fix this hub in a month i can imagine i dont have time for home assistant! If the c7 did fix i'd probably just move to that
The hub seems to be working however the yale lock is still not responding.....best not forget my keys anytime soon!

Well, mine usually do too... But keypad is the backup. 
I carry zero "keys" so if the automation AND all 3 keypads don't work, I guess I'm breaking a window.
Ha, I recycled an old hot swap HDD cradle fan, it's pretty crude but dropped the hubs temperature almost 13 °F

Have you ever updated the hub? If things haven't worked in "ages", I'd assume you're many versions of firmware back from current.
I update periodically, Hubitat seems to have a pretty good record of their firmwares consistently fixing random issues.

What has support said? Have you tried minimising open dashboards especially when not active?

@ChubChub Yeah keep it updated seems like the z wave dongle locked out.
@mark.cockcroft Sorry, haven't contacted support and most likely wont do as i dont have the time. If someone would like to tag them into this convo and you explain we have the same problem i'd be happy to help that way
