I have a hubitat C7 with a hub protect and remote admin subscription. Nowhere in my app can I find the backup functionality. Additionally, I am unable to initiate a a ticket to tech support. Seems like the only support one gets is through this community.

Regarding your subscription, I checked your account and both services are active (Hub Protect and Remote Admin). For more details on the backup functionality please check out the following document: Hub Protect | Hubitat Documentation
If you click on Connect to Hub you'll get that same page.
