Http error 470

I recently bought 2 hubs, and am in the process of setting the first one up (I'm migrating from SmartThings) - I initially tried to give my hub a name with an apostrophe (') in it, which immediately seemed to break the hub (HTTP Error 470.) Once I did that, I rebooted it and was able to get back to the setup screen again where I gave it a 'safe' name which seemed to work initially. Since then I've periodically randomly gotten error 470 from time to time. I was attempting to setup my Hue bridge with the Hue Integration app, and it would scan for about 30 seconds before it would kick over to the 470 error page again.

Ultimately I decided to try a factory reset, thinking I must have broken something when I originally named it with the apostrophe. After doing that, I haven't been able to get past the Error 470. Going to the factory reset screen gives me a connection refused. I've tried rebooting it several times but to no avail. Has anyone experienced this, or have any suggestions on how to get the hub back up and running?

Sounds like a Job for Support@Hubitat.com to me.

A Factory Reset should have done the obvious... Support's the only way to get it replaced if it comes to that, so you may as well start early

Agreed, thanks! - I've also emailed them. Hopefully they can help me get it back up and running.

Support is likely the answer here, but I guess I have to ask the easy question first: are you sure you're connecting to your hub? If you didn't give it a static IP address (by way of a DHCP reservation, the only supported method), it could have changed, so maybe you're connecting to some other device with a faulty (or not-intended-to-be-accessed) web server.

Probably not, but worth checking. (And if you used Portal to discover it each time, this is even less likely to be the case.)
