Has anyone had an issue where HSM won’t see your keypad?
What driver are you using for the keypad?
The stock Centralite Keypad driver
The device itself is working fine.
Have you defined intrusion alerts for Away, Home or Night? One of those must be defined first.

I got it working once I added something to the night mode.
OK, thanks, and I'm glad it fixed itself. There's some logic to make sure you have something defined, but your experience suggests there is a flaw in that logic. Thanks for reporting this and your patience.
quick question on the iris keypad should the iris icon remain red when the alarm is active?
I don't remember, and I don't have one here at home to check. I can check on Monday. I found the lights on the keypad somewhat confusing.
