HSM - Water: turn well pump off

Please add an option to leak detection to turn off a device or more specifically to turn off a well pump.

I've implemented this in a rule but would be much tighter if it was handled in the Safety Monitor directly with the water detection section.

You must have misread their post, they are already doing this via a rule.

We're reluctant to add more and more features to HSM, as it just becomes bulky, hard to document, hard to understand, etc. RM is intended as a companion to HSM for exactly this sort of 'extension' of functionality.

Sure, I get that and I'd guess number of folks with wells is likely very small.

There are a number of other feature requests that I'd like to see ahead of this request too but this was on my mind yesterday as I was working that aspect of my home's automation.
