Using HSM to monitor water alarms and smoke/fire/co alarms. The app shows they are "Armed", and I am confident they are, but the HSM dashboard tile shows "Disarmed".
I have deleted the tile and re-added. I have de-armed in the app and re-armed. No change.
Clicking on the dashboard tile brings up a menu screen and it would appear you should be able to arm or disarm from here, but none of the selections change anything. Am I misunderstanding the capabilities of the HSM template on the dashboard menu, or is this template broken? I have searched and read previous applicable topics about this, but I don't understand why I should have to use rule machine, build virtual switches, etc etc if the HSM dashboard template is already available. As always, thanks in advance. Any help would be appreciated.
