You figured that out too! It’s not really funny,actually it's quite funny. But sad as that speaks more to him as a person, than the others he would have zero tolerance for.

I know that the driver to my Iris Utilitech Wireless Indoor Siren Z-wave Model: TSE07-1 has the preference "Automatically turn off after: (You should disable this feature while testing)" not sure if what you are looking for is that simple, but it may be an option for you.
