I can't find a recent post on this issue. I have a delay set on both Garage doors when the the HSM is Armed-Home. It doesn't work, the alarm siren activates as soon as the sensor shows either door open.
I'm sure it used to I think maybe prior to 6 months ago? although I could be wrong about how long ago?
Can anyone help or is it a bug with HSM?

I have it setup similar except for delay is only for arm- away and it works fine. I see you have a delay for that as well. Does it work as it should ?.
No the delay on the garage doors doesn't work. It used to a while ago, can't remember when it changed?
I had this issue a while ago and it went away. Now it's back. No good on an alarm system.
I started creating rules based on changes HSM Alerts / Status and doing away with all the reacting in native HSM. Doing it this way, you can get very granular in specific actions to take beyond the capability of HSM. Examples:
