I've been playing around with bringing my battery monitoring into HSM and I was doing some testing of the custom HSM rules. They weren't working so I took a look at the even subscriptions and only arm and disarm show. Tried deleting rule and re doing but I get the same results.
Edit: subscriptions show up if I have "Monitor all battery levels" on. It appears that I can subscriptions (and notifications) if I want to monitor only certain devices.
@bravenel I saw this was kind of happening before but was fixed
