HSM "alarming alerts"

I am using HSM, Sharptools (as arming and disarming keypad) and Pushover with great success.. Its almost everything I want it to be, except one small thing.

If I "arm" my system, and have a door or window open, it activates my intrusion alert, which then activates what I have to alert me of an intrusion (pushover which is great, but also my siren and lights for local alarm).

Is there a way to branch or separate the "arming alerts" from the "intrusion alerts"? It would appear they have separate alerts, but its not working that way......

It's very hard to read your logs posted that way. Perhaps show the app logs for HSM instead. Are you saying that it does not activate the Arming Failure Alert? It should refuse to arm.

No, it sends the proper pushover alert, but it also activates the local intrusion alert which i have set up to turn on every single light in the house

That's not what I'm requesting. If you go to the app status page (gear icon left of app name on Apps page), at the top there is a link for app events.
