HPM Error Occurred During Installation

Hi

I tried to install Govee integration V2 but not able to install via HPM

I am wondering if there is another way to integrate this light. It unfortunately does not have Lan control so I can't use the built in govee integration.

Can you verify you are running HPM 1.9.8 and try again. I just cleaned off one of my dev hubs and reinstall the integration completely with no issues.

I can't seem to find the version. This is the one that come in with the built in from my new C8 Pro.

The version for HPM is generall in the upper right corner of the ui when in the app.

Did you retry the install.

Looks like the built in from the Hubitat is the older version. I just installed the one from the (HPM_Install2) but it is 1.9.7 version. On hubitat website it does not have instruction on 1.9.8 veresion?

There is no built in HPM.
If you have 1.9.7 just run an update (from within HPM) and it will update itself.

• Added ability to install items with beta turned on. Update needed values accordingly
• Updated Release Notes for install to display proper release info based on selection of Beta flag during install

As noted above, updating HPM itself can result in the hub appearing to not complete the update. As explained, the upgrade works, causing the code to shift and throw an error as it tries to execute code that isn't in the same logical location after the upgrade. Simply click the Apps button in the left menu and start HPM again. You'll see the latest version in the upper right corner.

I tried but it says there is no update.

Use the option to perform a repair from HPM itself. That should get you on 1.9.8 then try the install again.
