It's there a way to globally silence notifications and trigger it with a virtual switch or something? The only thing I can think of is to create a "Silence" mode. I'm specifically wanting tts to not play but my mobile notification tile can still continue to work since it's silent anyways.
Either a mode or a switch would work and then you need to go through each place you are using TTS and have it skip the TTS if the switch is on. Sounds like a hassle but I cannot think of any other way really.

Something like this.
You can use a single virtual switch, but you have to configure each notification you want to be disabled by it.
Put your tts device on a smart switch and turn switch off for silence.
