I just set up my Hubitat app and am able to lock and unlock my lock. In the app I am not able to figure out how to see activity history for when the lock was locked or unlocked. Or better yet set up notifications each time this happens. Can anyone help me out? What am I doing wrong?
Also my dashboard doesn’t load. Just shows the spinning circle forever and never shows me a dashboard.
Use the hub web interface, You’ll find what you are looking for there.
In the app, you can go to the device, and select "events" from the top tabs. The lock/unlock events should show there
As to the Dashboards, there are several types available and it would likely help to know which and how you are trying to access (EZ Dashboard? Regular Dashboard? Android/IOS App? Web Interface? Which Browser?, etc). Can you post a screenshot of the page/dashboard you are talking about showing the spinning circle?
You can use the built-in Notification app for that (Add an App on the apps page), but you may at some point want to look at Rule Machine or Webcore apps to set-up your own custom and more complex automations,
