What is the correct process for updating Third Reality Zigbee Vibration sensor? I click on the "update firmware" button but nothing happens and debug logging shows little (see below screenshots)
The Update Firmware process is a Hub operation, to see the logs for it you'll need to go to the Logs page and filter on the Hub Sys:1 entries.

Should the update firmware button disappear when there are no more firmware updates?
It's part of the GUI that's always there.
There may or may not be a firmware upgrade the hub can perform.
You'll need to check the relevant log messages.
i.e.
Firmware update for Plug , sengled 1A is not available.

Most third reality stuff needs a third reality hub to update....
Third reality Zigbee vibration sensor firmware update worked fine using Hubitat and no third reality hub. I have 7 and i had to bring them close to the hub then run zigbee discovery excluding repeater then run update and worked
I said most not all. It's an issue due to weather Mike can get a copy of the firmware or not.
