How to RM5 Run Rule Action from a RM4.x Rule?

As part of the transition I would like to be able to execute an RM5 Rule from an RM4.1 Rule.

Then I can make the transition much easier.

At the moment the Run Rule Actions Option sonly seems to show RM4.x rules

Anyway to do this or is it migrate everything across at the same time enmasse?

Rule-4.1 doesn't know about Rule 5.0. You'd have to use some intermediary, like a virtual device, to trigger the Rule 5.0 rule you want to run.
