How to integrate alarm.com to HE

Hello. i am totally new to HE, i have read and tried the drivers on other posts to integrate alarm dot com to HE to no avail. Can someone please point me in the right direction? the codes on the threads from 2 years ago dont seem to be working so im thinking there should be a new one or maybe an easier way to get these 2 integrated? i have to say this is my first time trying integration stuff so thi is 100% totally new to me.

  1. want to be able to set rules to arm and disarm the system
  2. would i also be able to connect to the window/door sensors somehow to create rules for them to turn air conditioning off and on when doors/windows are left open/closed?

I JUST figured this out myself. All I’m able to pull into HE is basically arm stay, arm away, disarm. BUT, I setup Homebridge and it has a plug-in that WILL pull in all sensors and able to use them for automations. Problem is, it’s latency is high.

So, the rabbit hole went deeper. I found Konnected.com. That will integrate with my panel and create things locally. Pulls into Homebridge and keeps all local. I’m waiting for the 12-zone pro to come back on sale.

In the meantime, I at least have automated arming and disarming the system at specific times and when I leave/arrive. That’s handy. Good luck!
