What are the steps to setup a Kasa Smart Plug Ultra Mini in Hubitat?

My understanding is:

  1. setup the plug in the Kasa app
  2. in Hubitat add a device as "Virtual"
    This brings me to a Device Information page. I don't know what to do next.

Does Hubitat have a driver for the Kasa Smart Plug Ultra Mini, or do I need to add a third party driver?

There is a built-in app provided by hubitat.
From your dashboard, click "Apps".
Then click "Add Built In App" in the upper right corner.
Scroll down to "Kasa Integration", and click.

I use the built-in app with five light switches; and it has worked great.

one thing. You should also set up a static IP address (DHCP) reservation for the plug in you router.
