How to get Ring Floodlight motion to flash outside light

I would like to make an outside light flash on and off when Ring Floodlight cam detects motion between the hours of 12AM and 6AM. Any suggestions?

You will have to use IFTTT or alexa and also make a virtual switch in HE
IFTTT or alexa will trigger the virtual switch.
Then create a rule for when the virtual swich is triggered.
