I found the wiring diagrams at this site to be very helpful when I first started installing my own smart switches. I had very little background knowledge on electrical wiring.

zooZ support got it figured out for me. It was pretty simple actually. If you look at the diagram I drew above, I took the black wire coming from 1 and disconnected it from line and connected it to the load going into 2. Then I connected the Zen26 to line. Then I connected the white wire coming from 1 to load and the red wire to traveler. Then I connected the Zen26 to neutral.
That's pretty good support, for sure.
