I bought a Hubitat Hub on Amazon the Canada Direct .
The hub I received had already been sold and returned with the admin account activated at Hubitat so I cannot take admin control of the Hub

You might want to delete the two publicly-visible emails addresses in your post. Hubitat (the company) will be able to locate your hub from the MAC address if you file a support request.

Go to support.hubitat.com and put in a warranty replacement. You should never have been sold that hub. Sometimes Amazon puts returns back in the shelf and they shouldn't. @bobbyd will take care of it
