Hi everyone. I can’t find documentation on how to add users. In the app I click add but it says users must be added. Can someone send me a link to how to set this up properly? Thank you
Forgot to mention I have a C7 hub.
You need to create an account before you can add it to the hub. To create an account, go to https://my.hubitat.com and select "Create Account" instead of signing in (or if you're already signed in, use the "Create New Account" link). Follow those steps, which will eventually include checking the new account's e-mail address for a confirmation code (be sure to check Junk/Spam if it doesn't show up in the inbox).
Then you can add the acccout to the hub. It looks like you can use the app for this, but the "old fashioned" way of Settings > Hub Details on the hub itself should also work (and would be my preference).

Please note that adding a guest account doesn't offer many advantages. A guest account can be used to log into the mobile app when the admin doesn't want to share the login credentials, or to prevent a family member from subscribing to new service, or modifying an existing subscription. Any other features don't require a guest account, including presence sensing, limiting access to the hub's interface.

But I am trying to understand well the users and admin side of things.
So I turned on hub login security. No error
On my cell, instead of login I want to use Create Account as suggested. But it’s not a link. What am I missing? Thank you.
Ps my goal is to install the app on wife and son phone allowing them to only turns lights on and off

You can still use this method by signing in with your existing account first:
If you are the one who is installing and maintaining the app on their phones, you don't really need to create additional accounts, as guest accounts don't have limited access.
They will have the same interface as you have on your phone. The settings of your app are not saved to your account, but rather to your device. So logging into their phones will allow you to customize their app even if you log in using your account credentials.
To enable separate push notification and/or geofence/presence, you will need to create a new device from their phone during the initial set up, when you see this screen:
