I just got a new C8 Pro. It doesn’t join my eero6 network and I cannot get it to broadcast the “MyNewHubitat” network to configure anything. I am trying to set it up as a wifi device as I only have 1 ethernet port and it is used but my solar gateway.
Where did you purchase it from? It seems possible that the unit you purchased was used because it isn’t broadcasting the “MyNewHubitat” SSID.
You can do a network reset as described below. I believe it should permit WiFi setup then.
I would also recommend considering the purchase of an unmanaged ethernet switch; it will permit you to have more than ethernet connected device. And Hubitat’s are more reliable when connected via ethernet.
