How this ever possible?

I have two RM rules for monitoring kitchen appliances power consumption.
One is for detecting high load:

And similar one for detecting basically off condition:

These RM rules are setting "PW_Current" Hub Variable which is used in another RM rule as a
trigger event:

Huge power spike reported at 2024-01-24 01:43:10.958 PM :

At this time PW_Current hub variable was not even active.
Here is a list of active variables around 1:43pm time frame:

This variable was active around 1:48pm but never reported such a high load:

My questions are:
What is going on?
How to explain this behavior?

This abnormal behavior started about few weeks ago but before all these RM rules were
acting as expected for a very long time.

I didn't look that closely, but I see references to Zen15s. I have several that will out of the blue report a really huge number for power and current, then return to normal.

Yes, this phenomena started to happen when I replaced previous power plug with ZEN15.
However, Hub Variable which is a Trigger Event for the now occasionally failing rule NEVER got
this huge spike logged. Events for the ZEN15 also did not record any abnormal Values.
Furthermore, at a time when rule was triggered this variable did not even log any activity at all.
All this together simply makes no sense at all.
