If I have a USB hub that can supply 5V 2.4A will it be enough to power the hub? I understand that it's on a USB-C connector now.
Yes. The hub needs 1.1A at 5VDC.

I think you got that from the FCC listing but the actual included supply block is only 5V / 1A
I have had it running on the same 1A iPhone block the C7 was running on.
Make sure it is 2.4A PER PORT, or that this is the only device plugged into it. I have seen a lot of multi-port devices advertise the overall Amp rating and in the fine print it is shared between all ports.
