New phone, new app. There doesn't seem to be a way to actually enable geofence.
Clicking the settings gear does nothing other than a pop up saying you clicked it
Nothing in app settings either.
What version are you on? I have 2.1.3.60 (the latest) and it doesn't say "LocationFragment" on the Geofence page.
From the last screenshot it looks kike 2.1.3.42
I also see the same issue on the latest version of the mobile app, though not tfs fragmentation bit. Must be something I am missing.
From the geofence page there is a settings cog in the top right which takes you to a page where you can enable it, but mine shows in there as enabled
Actually, from my last post, toggling the geofence setting brought it to life....
@domsim00 - from the geofence page, see the cog in the top right, click that and toggle the geofence setting.
Thank you for the reply, but as stated on my OP, clicking the cog does nothing other than show a pop up today saying "settings pressed" see second attached image in OP.
I'm the mean time, I went back to the depreciated Android app which works as intended.
Have you tried updating the app? You don't appear to be in the latest version?
Is. 60 beta? .42 is current in play store for me.

I'm on beta, too. I noticed that beta app page says:

- Various bug fixes and performance optimizations.

If you go and clear the cache of the app and force close then reopen app and try .. you may be able to click the settings cog. Not sure why but seems to work or me.
I had the same problem many times. I kept closing the app, rebooting phone, praying to God, etc. Eventually it will work.
In the end I gave up on Hubitat geofence again, just wasn't consistent. If you use the HD+ dashboard from Joe Page use that. It is rock solid and never fails. The accuracy is amazing, I have it turn on my outside lights at the stop sign two houses away and I can watch them turn on. Every day it triggers just before I come to a full stop.
