How do I restore a single webcore piston from backup?

OK, I am an idiot. I found it....New Piston...restore from backup. But can I restore just a single piston?

UPDATE : Ok, found it. Somewhat confusing as you initially think that you are restoring the entire backup....then it asks you for which pistons to restore. It could be a little more clear.
