How do I rebuild the Z-Wave device network on my C8 Pro?

Migrated from C7 to C8 Pro. After migration the C8 Pro has all the devices listed but sending commands to a device does not work. The ZWave "View device topology" is not showing the devices, the "View device graph" is only showing the legend, not the graph.

A usual first thing to try is to do a controlled shutdown, unplug hub for 30 seconds (or so), replug.

Can you post a screenshot of your z-wave details page under settings?

Based on details provided it appears that you may not have restored a cloud back up, or the cloud backup failed to restore. I suggest performing the migration again. If the issue persists, be sure to create a warranty case by visiting the following page: Warranty – Hubitat Support
