How do I link Alexa with different profiles

Every time my wife tells Alexa to switch to her profile, and than we can't turn off the lights with Alexa.
When I look in her Alexa app for smart home devices I don't see anything . The Hubitat skill is enable. I do see all the devices under my app. Anybody else have this issue?

Just a guess - add the hubitat skill to her profile.

It was already added to her profile, but I was able to disable and re-enable it using different account hubitat that I configured on the hub. It seems to working now.

You just ask Alexa to switch profiles
