How do I issue a +1 or -1 set point change to a thermostat in rules

I am probably overlooking something but how do I have a rule execute a +1 or -1 of a set point?

Use case is from a custom dashboard (using Sharptools) I want to but buttons to change set points that calls a rule that lowers or raises the setpoint.
