How do I get help with an account issue?

Thanks for the help - just note that if its someone that hasn't purchased a hubitat yet but wants to connect, the account support form requires an orderid and mac address before it will proceed. Also note that hubby indicates support is where to get someone in charge, and this should be updated to support_team. And if the login dialog is displaying the 'user is not been confirmed' message, a link to request another authentication email would be really beneficial at that point

Not anymore, that's why we just created a separate form dedicated to Account Issues that no longer requires a MAC address and shipping address to be provided.
