How do I create a tile that will initiate a Device Watchdog report from my iPhone

Hi, I have read several threads and I can't seem to find a step-by-step way to create a tile that will initiate a Device Watchdog report from my iPhone. When creating the virtual device, the instructions I have seen say there should be a "Type: Device Watchdog Tile" but there is no such thing. I have loaded the app and driver files on my hub.

Create a virtual device and then select the device type as device watchdog

Thanks for your reply. Okay I got that but now I need the rest of it. Which template? Is there an attribute needed?

On the dashboard tile that you create.

If you look at the actual device you can see which attribute to pick.
