How do I connect the hub when message says "Cloud connection unavailable"?

Tried to update to latest version but have message "Cloud connection unavailable". So, how do I reconnect to cloud?

Could try rebooting the hub or the router. One or the other usually does the trick.

Do you have a static ip or are using DHCP?
