If both, hers and my, devices are out of the geolocation of the house, turn off the lights and turn the AC up.
But I don't see her device under devices.
You don't really need to create a guest account for other members, unless you would like them to install the Hubitat Mobile app on their own, with their personal credentials.
In order to add another mobile device to your hub, you need to download the Hubitat Mobile app on that device, then log in. Once logged, it will prompt you to select an existing device, or create a new one. Selecting "Create New Device" will add a new device on your hub, automatically that can be used as additional presence sensor.
