How can I use Webhooks with Hubitat Elevation?

Hi I have a c8 but I am having trouble findind documentation on running webhooks from [http://cloud.hubitat.com] rather than locally for security. Do I need to pay to use the cloud version for webhooks, this is no problem.

No, you do not need to pay to use the cloud. Depending on what you need to use the webhooks for, you could use MakerAPI or Rule Machine.
