How can I subscribe to a Hubitat service if the button is greyed out, not clickable?

Very moronic issue. Want to subscribe to Protect but "the button" is not clickable on either my Windows EDGE or BRAVE browsers.

Please advise what the term is for a form button that "isn't .. clickable"

move mouse over SUBSCRIBE button .. get the NOT icon

I am subscribing from registered hub address
I am using a static addy and have made an exclusion in my Vipre AV

What happens if you visit the following page? After logging in, can you select the hub you'd like to subscribe to, from the top drop=down menu?

Every Hubitat owner should consider the subscriptions!

Yesterday I was successful buying my subscriptions from my mobile.

Right Now! I tried your My Hubitat link .. after finding my hub (only by mac addy .. kind of typical on my Asus mesh router) and yes again I get the red circle with slash. Hover over any buy link .. same red circle. Edge bRowser .. Brave Bowser

Win11 .. also tried yesterday on my Win10 pc with same results.
I am sure its unique to my rigs

I suppose we close this ticket due to circumstances beyond anyone's control ... Interested subscribers .. try your mobile (or cell phone)
