How can I set up geofencing on Hubitat mobile app?

I moved from ST to Hubitat last year. I had geofencing set up on ST. Now, in the Hubitat phone app (android) I've looked everywhere to find out how to turn on and set up geofencing. I've found instructions online, but for whatever reason I still can't find out how to tun on geofencing. I've gone to settings -> hub details but don't see any option for geofencing.
Specific instructions for the setup on an android phone would really be apprecited.

Now, in the Hubitat phone app (android) I've looked everywhere to find out how to turn on and set up geofencing.

Settings in the Hubitat app, the last on the bottom right.

There should be a Geofence button. Be sure that is enabled.

Then go over to the second button on the phone app, Geofence. That is where you can set up the border.
