How can I raise the volume of a audio file when it is played from a rule

I have this rule:

It works on my google mini speakers, but the audio level is low. Is there a way to adjust this when it is played? Alternatively, is there a way to play an audio file from a notification? I see that you can adjust the "Spoken text"

There is a command in RM to set the volume:

Note that the volume will remain at that level even after it is done playing, so you might want to have another command with delay to reduce the volume as necessaryā€¦

I do not have that setting in RM, I do have it in Notification. But I cannot play a file in Notification :(( I am up to date with my firmware.

Iā€™m not sure I understand your response - Are you saying that when you chose ā€œControl Music Player, Volumā€¦ā€, then the next drop down doesnā€™t have a ā€œSet Volumeā€ option?

I figured it out. For some reason I have a mental block on the RM running only one Action. Will test this evening.
