How can I connect remotely to my hub from my.hubitat.com?

C7 hub, running 2.3.9.143.

When I go to myhubitat.com, I get this screen:

When I hover over the "Hub Details" the mouse cursor changes to "the finger" and I can click through.

When I hover over the Dark Green "Connect to Hub", the mouse cursor does not give me "the finger" and clicking does nothing.

All subscriptions are up to date.

If you are away from home, the new design doesn't grey out the "Connect to Hub," nor does it automatically switch over to Remote Admin service. Please use the "Go to Remote Admin" button if you are trying to access the hub's web interface remotely.
