What is the simple solution to use Amazon speakers as speech devices for sound notifications?

The simplest is to set virtual devices in HE that can trigger Alexa routines.
Echo Speaks is another method but it requires a always on computer or pay for Heroku account. All explained in link below.

I tried using Echo Speaks but that option did not worked for me.
